Élan Festival Recap

On May 14th, we hosted the Élan Festival, a streamed event on our YouTube channel celebrating and announcing upcoming LGBT+ games! The showcase is available to watch below.

Here’s a recap of the stream as well:

Our first announcement for Bellhouse was for Who is the Red Queen, a dark and graphic girls love visual novel taking place in a twisted version of Wonderland. Help Alice solve the mystery of the Red Queen and avoid death.

We will be helping the developers bring the game to Steam, in an updated and expanded edition! In addition to some script touch ups, this new version of the game will add additional songs to the soundtrack, as well as new and revised art.

Our second Bellhouse announcement is Love In a Bottle! Follow Ankora the Love Demon as she strikes out on her own for the first time, on a mission to prove she’s able to make it on her own, but more importantly, let all of the HOT SINGLE WOMEN know she’s available.

Pilot our unreliable protagonist into a happy ending! Or watch her fail at every turn and make a fool of herself. The choice is yours!

Our third and last Bellhouse announcement is about Twofold, the follow up to Salty Salty Studios’ First Snow!

Revisit the art club with Olive, a college student struggling to stay afloat between all of the stress and responsibilities they have in their life and are now in the middle of a feud between two friends, Caprice and Millie. Help Olive survive the semester and follow one of two intertwined paths in this story of love and family.

We also had a few Heart of the Woods announcements! The first is that the soundtrack for Heart of the Woods is coming to vinyl! It will be a two-LP gatefold release, featuring both the Snowfall and Moonlight halves of the soundtrack, as well as 2 extra tracks for Snowfall. There are also two new cover illustrations drawn by adirosa and each order comes with a Tara sticker.

Our other Heart of the Woods related announcement is that it is getting a physical release via Limited Run Games! You’ll be able to get a physical copy for the Playstation or Nintendo Switch versions of the game once they go up for preorder later this year. There will be 2 versions- a regular edition with just the game and a reversible cover drawn by Satchel, and a Collector’s Edition that will include the game, soundtrack, art book, and more.

Our next update is a new look at Lock and Key, our magical girl visual novel we announced in 2020!

The demo is close to being done, so you can look forward to it in June on Steam and itch.io. We’ve also changed the full name of Lock and Key to Lock and Key: A Magical Girl Mystery.

The last- but certainly not least- announcement was Our Home, My Keeper, a brand new visual novel written in collaboration with ebi-hime!

When Paige purchases an old house out in the English countryside, she thinks it’ll be the perfect opportunity for her to focus on her next novel. Deadlines are hanging over her head, and she needs all the help she can get. What she isn’t expecting is for excitement and inspiration to come in the form of Fay, a friendly fairy who’s occupied the house far longer than Paige has.
